Return & Refund Policy – Christina’s Place

Every piece at Christina’s Place is made with love and intention, and I want you to feel happy and connected to your purchase. Please read the policy below before ordering:


All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind, and sometimes custom nature of the artwork, all sales are final. This includes original paintings, framed works, and commissions.


Exceptions – Damaged or Lost Orders

If your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and the artwork (if damaged)

  • A description of the issue

Send all claims to christinapferrari@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to make it right—whether that means a refund, store credit, or replacement (when possible).


Custom Commissions

Custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned. However, I always share progress photos for approval during the process, so you’re part of the journey every step of the way.


Color or Display Differences

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings. I do my best to capture each piece as accurately as possible, but minor differences are not considered grounds for a refund.


Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital downloads (such as prints or guides) are non-refundable once purchased.
