Shipping Policy – Christina’s Place

Thank you so much for supporting Christina’s Place! Each piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully at your door. Please read my shipping policy below:


Processing Times

Original artworks are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Custom commissions may take longer, depending on the scope and timeline we agree upon at the time of order.

Prints or digital products (if available) will follow separate timelines, which will be clearly noted on each listing.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

All orders are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your item.

I primarily use Canada Post for both domestic and international shipping. Tracking numbers are provided for all physical orders unless otherwise noted.


Packaging

Every item is carefully packaged using protective materials to make sure it arrives in excellent condition.

Whenever possible, I use eco-conscious or recyclable materials in my packaging.


Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–9 business days

United States: 5–14 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.



***United States Shipping Notice***

Due to recent changes in US customs regulations, shipping rates for artwork traveling from Canada to the United States have increased. In some cases, shipping may be over $100, and US customs may charge an additional duty or import fee upon delivery.

 

These charges are set by US customs and the shipping carrier. They are not collected or controlled by Christina’s Place, and customers are responsible for any fees required to receive their package.

I always aim to keep shipping as reasonable as possible, while making sure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully packaged. If you are ordering from the United States, please keep these potential fees in mind.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or seems lost in transit:
Please email me at christinapferrari@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the packaging and artwork (if damaged), and I’ll do my best to resolve the situation—whether that means a replacement (if possible) or a partial refund.


Local Pickup or Delivery

If you’re located in Toronto, Mississauga, or the GTA and would prefer to arrange pickup or hand delivery, please contact me directly before placing your order. I'm happy to accommodate where possible!
